This website has been put together by hospital consultants, Sheffield GPs, physiotherapists and clinicians with a special interest in managing hand and elbow pain.

The site takes into account the latest national and international best practice guidelines on pain management and should be used in conjunction with advice given to you by your GP.

It has been designed as a one-stop advice site for people in Sheffield to find out about hand and elbow pain, how they can manage it and what they can do to prevent further problems.
